Our alcohol license requires us to request proper identification from our guests entering and consuming alcoholic beverages and to refuse service to guests who cannot produce proper ID; to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who, in our judgment, appears intoxicated; to require minors and guests without proper ID to wear wristbands indicating they are not to be served; to serve only 1 drink per person at a time; and to not to serve shots as part of a beverage package.

Additions, Service Terms and Conditions

Decorations & Party Needs - The North Beach staff are experts at making special arrangements for hotels, flowers, balloons, signs, T-shirts or souvenirs. We can facilitate
all your decorating and party needs for any budget. Transportation services are available.
Coat Check - May be prearranged for your event - $2.00 per coat
Linens - Tablecloths are provided for our buffet tables. Any additional tablecloths for
guest tables or speciality linens may be rented to enhance your event.
Audio/Visual - North Beach can assist in renting equipment for your event.
Confirmation - Reservations will be held for 3 days on a tentative basis.
Bookings must then be confirmed with a deposit or the space will be released.
Deposits and Cancellations -Deposits are nonrefundable except in those cases where we are able to book the reserved date with the same minimum guarantee. Cancellations received less than 72 hours in advance are subject to 50% charge of the total event.
Guarantees - A final guaranteed attendance is required one week prior to an event.
You will be charged for the guarantee or number served, whichever is greater.
Payment -Your balance is due immediately upon completion of the event.
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Direct billing is NOT available.
Taxes & Gratuities - A 8% sales tax and 18% Gratuity will be added to party packages.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are guarenteed for 6 months from date of contract.
